Andy specializes in working with retirees and those approaching retirement, helping successful individuals and families navigate the financial complexities that accompany substantial wealth and a long retirement horizon. He works closely with clients to coordinate investment strategy, retirement income planning, tax-efficient withdrawal decisions, and long-term financial planning, helping them align their financial resources with the lifestyle, priorities, and legacy they envision for themselves and their families.
In 2015, Andy and his partner, Kevin Manning, founded Stone Pine Financial with a shared vision of providing thoughtful, personalized advice for individuals navigating retirement. Together, they built the firm around the belief that retirement planning extends well beyond investments and requires careful coordination of income, taxes, healthcare, estate planning, and long-term financial goals.
Known for simplifying complex financial concepts and making retirement planning approachable, Andy is passionate about helping clients feel informed and confident about their financial future. Alongside Kevin and Myriah, he teaches retirement planning courses through Main Line School Night and other local adult education programs.

His professional experience also includes time working alongside a private wealth management firm in Zurich, Switzerland, providing an additional perspective on wealth planning and global markets.
When he’s not working with clients, Andy enjoys spending time with his wife, Suzie, and their three children, Oliver, Finley, and Nora. As a family, they love to travel, spend time outdoors, and stay active through hiking, skiing, and supporting their children’s activities and interests. Our name is a reference to the Swiss Stone Pine tree.
The idea for our name came from a trip to Switzerland. Andrew, one of our Founding Members, and his wife, stayed in a bed and breakfast in the Alps region and were struck by the pine aroma of the building.
When they asked about it, they learned that the building was made out of Swiss Stone Pine. That discovery led them to do research on this unique pine tree.
They found out that the positive characteristics of the Swiss Stone Pine tree have been valued and used for centuries. Scientific studies have shown that exposure to a Stone Pine can improve your sleep by saving you up to 3,500 heart beats per night making your nights more restful and restorative.
So why did we choose this for our name? We know that the transition to retirement can be stressful, but it doesn’t have to be. Our goal is to create a path for you toward a successful and fulfilling retirement – one that lets you sleep well at night without the worry.
